Shipping and holiday cutoffs
Orders placed by December 18 arrive before Christmas.
Every pillow is a pre-order. The first batches ship December 10, in a plain box, wrapped inside. We currently ship within the US.

When will it ship?
Every pillow is a pre-order. The first batches ship December 10. Orders placed by December 18 still arrive before Christmas.
Returns and the 100 night trial
Sleep on it for 100 nights. If it is not for you, we arrange the pickup and refund you in full.
After the trial, unused pillows in their original packaging can still be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty
- The Cove Classic: 2 years on the pillow.
- The Cove Mini: 2 years on the pillow.
- If a seam opens, the fill flattens, or the warmth or cooling stops working within that time, we repair or replace it.
Care
- Covers
- Unzip from the narrow end. Machine wash cold, then hang or tumble dry low. Mini covers wash the same way.
- Fill
- Air it out by an open window now and then. Remove fill through the inner zip if it feels too full. The same goes for The Cove Mini.
